US Energies & Indices Market Liquidity Update

2025-11-28 | Trading Service

We’d like to give you a quick update on today’s market conditions. A CME system outage, along with the lighter activity from the US Thanksgiving holiday, is affecting liquidity and pricing on a number of US energies and indices products

What’s Affected

You may notice interruptions or temporary unavailability on:

  • XNGUSD, XTIUSD, US30, NAS100, SP500
  • CME futures such as CL, GC, HG, SI, ES, NQ, and others
  • XAUUSD is also showing much thinner liquidity than usual

What This Means for Your Trading

  • Spreads may widen occasionally
  • Prices may update more slowly or appear irregular
  • Some products may be temporarily unavailable

A Few Tips During This Time

To help you navigate this period smoothly, we recommend:

  • Keeping an eye on your open positions
  • Being a bit more cautious when placing new trades
  • Staying mindful of potential volatility

We’re Taking Care of It

Our team is already working closely with our partners to resolve the issue and restore normal conditions. We’ll keep you updated as things improve.

Thank you for your understanding and as always, if you have any questions, we’re here to help.
